Abstract

Purpose: The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of an online program developed to improve community health nursing practice.
Methods: After applying the online program, the achievement level of learning outcomes and satisfaction with content were evaluated.
Results: A total of 124 students participated in this study. The achievement level of all 15 learning outcomes significantly increased after applying online program. in pre-post test. The mean score for learning outcomes ranged from the lowest of 4.33 to the highest of 4.76 out of 5, indicating a high overall level of achievement. The content that contributed the most towards achieving the learning outcomes was core nursing skills, scoring 4.70 out of 5. Lecture and pre-learning had the highest satisfaction rate at 72.6%, respectively. The area with the highest demand for improvement was practical education, which was 50.0%.
Conclusion: In this study, the online program was effective in achieving learning outcomes. It is It is necessar y to consider the expanding and paralleling online practice that can contribute to the achievement of learning outcomes.
